When I started work in this industry twenty plus years ago I was determined to be the best collector I could be. I believed I could accomplish that by being positive, upbeat, and helpful both to the clients I represented and to the debtors who, for whatever reasons, were unable to see their way clear to satisfy their obligations.

I discovered that many of the debtors I spoke with were good, honest, hard-working people who, for a variety of reasons, had stumbled and gotten into financial difficulty. Yet with kindess and a positive approach I was able to help them find a way to satisfy their obligations while maintaining their dignity and staying out of court. Most of the debtors I deal with end-up thanking me for helping them. I have become what I set out to be - a White Hat in a Black Hat Industry.

Each of Automated's collectors knows and shares in this philosophy. It is that desire to be a positive influence that keeps us together and makes our company an effective, and even fun place to work.
