How To List An Account

1. List an acct online through @ client Services.
   1. Please call to be set up with a Log in and Password
   2. www.automatedaccounts.com
      @CLIENT SERVICES
       
2. List acct Via. Fax or Standard USPS Mail the following ways
   
   1. Statement of amount owed w/last service date
   2. All information you have that pertains to the debtor I.e. . Application, patient information sheet
   3. If applicable contract/agreement
    
3. Fax # 252-2815
   Attn Data entry
    
4. Mail info to
   Automated Accounts Inc.
   430 W sharp Ave.
   Spokane WA 99201
    
5. Call Office for a Pick up…
