  • What is the normal time frame an account is worked by Automated Accounts, Incorporated?

    1. We work on an account until it is determined there are no assets or until it has been resolved.

  • In what ways may I send an account to AAI?

    1. You may fax, mail, drop off in person, or email us directly through this Website.

  • How soon after an account is paid will AAI pay me?

    1. You should expect to receive your check from us within the first week of the following month it has been paid.

  • How do I go about getting an update on accounts I've referred to AAI?

    1. See your sales representative about getting set up to receive scheduled status reports.

  • What do I do if a person I've turned to collections pays me directly?

    1. You may report the payment to us by using the link option 'Report a Payment' above, you may send the payment directly to us, or you may call or fax to notify us that the payment has been received.

  • What should I do if a consumer whom I've referred to your office for collections contacts me?

    1. We ask that you refer them to us.
